p0171 Platform Terms & Conditions of Use
Please read this document carefully before using p0171's services. By registering for or using this platform, you agree to be bound by all the terms set out below.
1 Acceptance of Terms and Conditions
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User") and p0171 ("Platform", "we", "us"). By accessing, registering for, or using any part of the p0171 platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to comply with all Terms set out herein.
If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please discontinue use of the platform immediately. Continued use following the publication of any amendment to the Terms will be deemed acceptance of those changes.
This platform is open only to individuals who are 18 years and above. By using p0171, you confirm that you meet this minimum age requirement and are legally competent to enter into a binding agreement under applicable Malaysian law.
2 Account Creation, Security and User Responsibilities
Account Registration
Each user is permitted to open only one account on the p0171 platform. Registering multiple accounts under the same individual is prohibited and may result in the closure of all associated accounts without prior notice. During registration, you are required to provide accurate, truthful and complete information, including your full name, a valid Malaysian phone number, and any other details requested.
Account Security
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and account login credentials. p0171 will never request your password through any communication channel. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without authorisation, please contact our support team immediately at [email protected].
User Responsibilities
Users are responsible for all activity that occurs within their accounts. You agree not to use the platform for any unlawful, deceptive, or misleading purpose, or in any manner that may harm other users or p0171. Any attempt to manipulate the system, commit fraud, or exploit technical vulnerabilities in the platform is strictly prohibited.
3 Payment Information and Transactions in MYR
All transactions on the p0171 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). Accepted deposit methods include FPX (supporting all major Malaysian commercial banks) and Touch 'n Go eWallet. Deposits are credited to your account upon successful payment verification, typically within a few minutes.
For withdrawals, eligible balances will be processed to a Malaysian bank account registered under the same user's name. The bank account holder's name must match the name registered on p0171. Withdrawals that do not meet identity verification requirements may be placed on hold until the verification process is completed.
P0171 reserves the right to decline or reverse any transaction suspected of involving fraud, money laundering, or a violation of any applicable Malaysian law. In such cases, the relevant balance may be frozen while an investigation is carried out.
Any processing fees charged by third parties (such as banks or payment providers) are the user's responsibility. p0171 is not liable for delays or failures caused by third-party payment providers.
4 Platform Usage Rules, Liability Limits and Account Policy
Usage Rules
Users agree not to use the p0171 platform for any of the following: transmitting or distributing unlawful content, compromising system security, using automated software (bots) to access or manipulate the platform, or engaging in any activity that may disrupt the normal operation of the platform. The use of VPNs or proxies to circumvent geographical restrictions is also prohibited.
Limitation of Liability
P0171 is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from the use of or inability to use the platform, including but not limited to data loss, service interruptions, or financial losses not directly caused by a platform error. In any event, p0171's maximum liability to any user is limited to the total amount deposited by that user in the 30 days preceding the claim.
Account Suspension and Closure
P0171 reserves the right to suspend or close a user's account without prior notice if there is evidence or reasonable suspicion that the user has violated any of these Terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, registered multiple accounts, or abused the bonus or promotions system. Any legitimate balance in a closed account will be processed for withdrawal once the investigation is concluded and a decision has been made by p0171 management.
5 Intellectual Property, Third-Party Links and Changes to Terms
Intellectual Property
All content on the p0171 platform — including logos, designs, text, graphics, user interfaces, software, and source code — is the exclusive property of p0171 or its respective licensors. Users may not copy, redistribute, republish, or use any platform content for commercial purposes without prior written consent from p0171.
Third-Party Links and Services
The p0171 platform may contain links to or integrations with third-party services such as payment providers. p0171 is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any such third parties. Use of third-party services is subject to their respective terms and conditions.
Changes to Terms and Applicable Law
P0171 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms at any time without prior notice. Amendments take effect immediately upon publication on the website. It is the user's responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Continued use of the platform after any amendment is published constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable Malaysian law. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms shall first be resolved through negotiation, and if unsuccessful, through the jurisdiction of the relevant courts in Malaysia.
